Wailea Elua #1904 (MLS# 345946) just had a $500,000 price reduction today from $3,850,000 to $3,350,000. Wailea Elua is zoned for short term rentals and is steps away from one of Maui’s best snorkeling beaches, Ulua Beach featured in my below video.

Wailea Town Center Unit #C-204 (MLS# 345237) was originally listed at $1,625,000 and is now down to $1,268,000. This is an approved short sale meaning that the one lender on this property, One West Bank, has approved a sale at this price. This complex is not zoned for short term rentals, but is an excellent option for someone considering a newer residential dwelling with an excellent ocean view in the heart of Wailea.
