What a gorgeous home!! Did you know, Karen, that Makalei Estates was the first piece of property that Dave and I ever bought on the Big Island? I envisioned myself watching visitors planes landing and then driving 10 minutes to the airport to pick them up!

Todd, yes it has potential for coffee farm, I have the one next door in escrow which has 1800 coffee trees but is listed almost $200,000 higher than this larger home.
