Beachside in Kailua denotes a unique neighborhood of real estate that has everything from fixer uppers (not many and they would start at $1M) to world class beachfront estates. It is the strip of land on the east (or windward) side of Kalaheo Avenue and runs approximately two miles.

You will find Kainalu Park to have wide roadways, underground utilities, large lots, generally over 10,000 sq. feet, and homes that are generally quite large and well maintained.
