5. View Homes – Share homes with your Realtor – tell them your likes and dislikes.
6. Make an Offer – You and your Realtor will review recent comparable sales.
7. Open Escrow – Begin the the process of closing your transaction by meeting deadlines as outlined in the contract.
8. Due Diligence – Review sellers documents and have your own inspections so that you are clear about what you are purchasing.
9. Finalize Lending Agreements – Understand your loan terms and sign your closing papers.
10. Move In – The best part! Drop your stuff off and head to the beach…SURFS UP!
