Memorial Day is coming up and few states feel the pulse of the U.S. military more than we do in Hawaii. Since Hawaii is home to many military bases and has a consistent presence of all the branches of the armed forces, it gives us a unique appreciation of the importance and strength of our military personnel both individually and as a whole.
I enjoy assisting our military with real estate more than anyone. It may be because I come from a military family as my father and brother and brother-in-law and cousin all serve or have served that I thoroughly enjoy being able to give just a little bit of assistance to people who have done so much for me and for these islands we call home.
I have a military client moving to Hawaii as I write this and I always feel that we are lucky to have each one make the move to Hawaii because not only do they protect our freedom, they are the life blood of our economy.
So, here is to my Dad, brother, brother-in-law, cousin, and all those who have served – especially those who gave their lives – so that we can enjoy our lovely beaches and endless sunshine. Thank you for all you have done and for all you do every minute of every day, of every week, of every month, of every year. Cheers from us to you…Thank you!
