Announcing New Military On The Move Cash Rebate Program For Buyers And Sellers

Are you a service member looking to buy or sell a home in Hawaii? We realize home prices are high here in paradise, so who couldn’t use a little extra cash back? Hawaii Life Real Estate’s Military Specialized Team is excited to announce our participation in the Military On the Move® (MOM) program, a rebate/credit program for buyers and sellers. This is our way of thanking YOU for your service to our country.

Military On The Move Rebate

The rebate is based on the commission percentage and actual sales price, not a range of values. As an example, a $600,000 purchase could mean a $3,000 rebate/credit in your pocket!* The rebate is paid at closing, right before you are given the keys to your new home. You must work with an agent whose company is working, by invitation, with the MOM program, but you can use any mortgage lender. This program is entirely separate from the NO down payment VA loan or other military housing benefits provided by the government and is not a government-run program.

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must register with Military on the Move® before contacting a real estate agent. So register today! Then consult with a qualified agent to determine eligibility. I would be happy to explain the program rules, discuss the benefits in more detail, and put my 14 years of experience in the Hawaii real estate market to work for you.

*Please register at the U.S. Military On the Move website and use the calculator to get a better idea of what rebate could be in your particular home buying/selling scenario.
