Accolades for Tom Austin, R(B)

Aloha Tom,

I wanted to take the time to personally thank you for all that you have done for me and my family. I also request that you pass this email forward to your company as they need to know what an asset they have working for them.

Your attention to detail and dedication to finding our new home was far above and beyond what I have experienced in my multiple real estate transactions in many states prior to this endeavor. Our situation was complex due to the fact that we were building a new home from a distance, as well as partly financing our project. You not only helped, but directed these moving parts with efficiency and diligence, always taking into account and anticipating our best interests.

It is also necessary to mention the personal touch and spirit of aloha that you demonstrated throughout the process, including but not limited to, preparing our new home prior to arrival with flowers, snacks, and the basic necessities. It was fabulous to walk into our new home for the first time after a day of traveling and know that it was ready for us!

Even after the transaction was completed, you continued to attend to our needs as homeowners and regularly checked in on our progress. I am very happy and comfortable that, even though we are new to the island, my family and I have you as a friend and resource to help us in this process.

In short, I highly recommend, and will recommend your services to anyone! Please pass this email to the Hawaii Life corporate office. They have an amazing representative that deserves praise and appreciation!

Much Mahalo!
