I am writing this follow up note of thanks for the wonderful job Kim Dalton did finding and helping us buy our first Hawaiian property – our own slice of the Hawaii Life. Since my last letter back in February, Kim helped us locate and purchase a great condo that fit our needs.
The condo was in a complex that my wife and I would of passed over as beyond the budget for this purchase; however, Kim, getting to know us, suggested we take a look us to consider the possibility. Turns out Kim was correct and the complex was a much better fit then what we had been pursuing. Since we had an ocean separating us from the Island, Kim became our eyes and advocate while navigating the sales process. I am very happy with Kim and Hawaii Life for helping my wife and I achieve a life goal/bucket list item.
I also would like to thank Kim for all the post sale advice about living in Hawaii. Advice that will save me from going to the school of hard knocks to figure it out – like how to deal with saving and using electricity in Hawaii. The practical information about living on an island vs. that of California mainland is a crucial part of the process that may be overlooked in some circumstances. I sure did not think about it. I feel we were taken care of as clients above and beyond any home buying experience I have ever had.
Kim will remain my agent for all future business in the great State of Hawaii. I feel lucky and blessed to have met her.
