A’ali’i – Smarter Living with Howard Hughes

A’ali’i is Howard Hughes’ newest project available for sale! It consists of market priced units (both owner occupied and investor) and affordable units – appealing to a wide variety of Buyers. A’ali’i is a 42- floor residential tower with two amenity decks to enjoy with family and friends!

A’ali’i is just one of the many new buildings that Howard Hughes’ has in store for their Master Planned Community. Ward Village in Kaka’ako will soon be the epitome of the ultimate urban lifestyle in Honolulu with world-class architecture and is definitely the most talked about new development in Oahu real estate! As a fellow resident in the Howard Hughes development, I am excited for the new of community that they are projecting to build. Pedestrian friendly parks and walkways in addition to an abundance of retail shops, restaurants, and markets being just a short walk away.

Pricing has not been officially released but you can expect the following price structure for market unit, owner occupied homes:

  • Studios – starting in the $500,000s
  • 1 bedrooms – starting in the $700,000s
  • 2 bedrooms – starting just over $1,000,000

A’ali’i also incorporated a “Smarter Living” theme. By maximizing a smaller space, you can still enjoy both being at home inside and out of your unit. Lauren Rottet is a renowned interior designer who has mapped out all furnishings and accessories for each unit to promote an efficient lifestyle. You also have to option to purchase the unit fully furnished for your convenience.

Sales for owner occupant, market units are estimated to start during the end of January 2018 – beginning of February 2018.
