Aloha, Can you provide more details please? Price of land, price of construction? Map or Address? Floor plans? Free Simple? Utilities available Unground electrical, sewer, water? Can a different home be built there? And how far out is construction? Is construction done on Hawaii time or will it be completed from start to finish? Any historical artifacts found that would impeded construction or land? (Like Makalia Estates) Ohana Plans or potential? Mahalo
