3D Virtual Showings | “New Normal” in Real Estate

The future is here. Virtual real estate showings are the “new normal” in real estate. Sellers who are not virtually showing their properties are at a huge disadvantage when a Buyer can’t tour their property from the comfort of their own home via a computer screen. It sounds futuristic, but it’s a way that many properties are already being shown. Property pictures are a great way to showcase a home, but allowing a prospective Buyer to get into the property to virtually explore it, measure it, and zoom in on the features that are important to them, takes a listing to another level. Not everyone can physically be at the property or an Open House, and buyers are getting more and more comfortable purchasing properties “sight-unseen.” It’s actually quite common, especially with properties in Hawaii as many prospective Buyers are searching from the mainland and oversees.

Virtual Showings Features

There are several ways that Buyers can preview a home or condo from the comfort of their own home. They can tour the property, view floorplans, take measurements, and zoom in on many features and spaces. How much cooler is this than static pictures that now represent properties for sale? As a Seller, showing your property to all the Buyers and allowing hundreds of people to “walk” through your home virtually gives so much more marketing power to your property over not providing this opportunity to Buyers.

Seller Resources:

It is now more important than ever to hire a Realtor that has the right tools to market your home. With hundreds of competing listings, Sellers need to be able to capture Buyers’ attention to attract them to their property.  Missing out on this critical step could result in a stale listing and an unsold home.
