3 Best Honolulu Condos For Sale Under $300,000 With 2 Bedrooms

Good Things Come in Threes

Did you know that you can find fee simple, 2 bedroom condos for sale in Honolulu with parking for under $300,000?

Recently updated kitchen in this 18th floor Honolulu Condo Deal.

Plumeria Hale #1802 (MLS# 1002008) is located at 2630 Kapiolani Blvd. Recently reduced to $290,000, this one of the best centrally located buys in town. Minutes from the beach at Waikiki, the University of Hawaii at Manoa and walking distance to Market City Shopping Center with all kinds of great places to eat. This unit was completely remodeled in 2002 with a modern flair. I sold another unit in this building a few years back on a lower floor for $310,000. $290,000 for the 18th floor is a steal…

Completely remodeled Honolulu Condo for sale in Liliha Square.

Liliha Square 14G (MLS# 1003068) is located at the corner of Vineyard and Liliha above Liliha Square Shopping Center where Times Supermarket as the anchor tenant. This unit was completely remodeled as well a few years back and is withing walking distance to Chinatown and Downtown Honolulu. It’s also a few minutes away from Home Depot, Costco and Best Buy. The seller is selling at a loss, which will be a new buyer’s gain!

New Kitchen at Piikoi Terrace.

Piikoi Terrace #201 (MLS# 1002380) is another great location on the corner of Piikoi and Kinau St. Just a few minutes away from Ala Moana Shopping Center, Piikoi Terrace was a recent condo conversion. The seller paid $293,000 a few years ago and has since put in a new kitchen, laminate flooring and re-glazed the bathtub. Once again, someone’s loss is a new buyer’s gain.

These 3 Honolulu condo bargains won’t last long…

Wow those sound like amazing bargains. I didn’t think you could get a condo in Hawaii that cheap.

Justin- there are many more fee simple condos vs. leasehold, however the leasehold ones tend to grab everyone’s attention because of the price..
Carmen- you’re right on the button, a few years back it was hard to find a 1 bedroom for these prices, let alone a 2 bedroom

@Caron- they “were” some great deals… I sold 2 of the 3,however we couldn’t sell the 3rd one as the owner changed their mind about selling after we received several offers… Case in point- good deals do sell 🙂
