3-Acre Oceanfront Estate For Sale in Spreckelsville

473 Laulea Place (MLS# 350203) has got to be one of the most gorgeous estates that I have seen in a long time. It is situated on the North Shore of Maui with views from Spreckelsville to Kahakuloa and is located on a 3+ acre oceanfront property. With 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and over 5,000 square feet, this custom-built home offers quality finish with a comfortable feel. The custom woodwork cannot be matched.

Our Hawaii Life website gives this listing a value rating of 95, meaning that based on recent comparable sales, our system rates properties between 1 and 100, 1 being way overpriced and 100 meaning right on the money. This listing seems to be pretty close to being right on the money. Everyone loves Hawaii and everyone loves to be close to water, so this listing will probably hold its value even in the not-so-good times.

With a master bathroom like this, would you ever leave your house?

The estate is situated on almost 3.5 acres of gently rolling lawn with beach access

The living room is perfect for relaxation or entertainment

What an amazing water feature this is; if you didn’t know better, you could be at one of our finest resorts on the island

Then your value score doesn’t work! 95? Nothing has ever sold on the North Shore for over $10M and you’re saying this is a great deal!?!?!?!?

@ken, there’s a first for everything and at that price range if someone likes it, it’s a good deal for them at whatever price!?!?!?

Georgeous photos of the property. I’m sure it’s gorgeous in real life as well. And it’s next to the ocean? With a spectacular view! Wheoever buys it will get a piece of paradise. May you find a buyer soon 🙂

It’s a little hard to make the argument that this property isn’t a strong value at this price when another property in Sprecks that was considerably smaller in square footage albeit had a detached cottage in addition to the main home but was only on a little more than 1 acre versus 3 acres here sold for $9.65m. a couple of months ago. With the highest priced sale ever on Maui taking place for $27m earlier this year I would definitely say that there is always a first for everything. I can certainly see this property going for $10 mil+

@jeremy, Yes, I believe that this property is special enough that it can break some sales records!

This same property has been for sale since 2006. What a good deal.

Sure the property has been on and off the market since mid 2006, also noteworthy is that it started at $17 mil. I don’t think the point was that it was a great deal but that it is a very unique property and that the price “is close to being on the money.”

Wow, I love this spirited debate. Not all people have the same value system for things and real estate. What is a good value to one may not be a good value to another. At least we started thinking about it. If you don’t feel it’s a good value, that’s your opinion and thanks for sharing!
