Hi Carrie, I am not sure if you remember me or not, but this is David Smith. I’m an attorney and PT yoga teacher here in Kona. We used to go diving and hiking together. I still remember a really fun and adventurous hike we took up the main stream in Waipio to the waterfall in the back. Anyways, I’m emailing you as I’d like to get more information on your Kaloko mauka listing. I have a nice 3 BR/2 BA townhome in Keauhou, but with a little family we could use the extra space and I’ve always loved the Kaloko area. Could you please let me know:

1) the price;
2) whether or not it has any fencing;
3) Your descrip. says the parcel has been approved for two 10 acre parcels. Has an actual subdivision action with County been started or completed ?;
4) the condition of the driveway (paved, gravel, dirt, etc.) and how far into the property does it go;
5) whether power and water are available and if so, has a power line and water line already been brought up to the house pad ?
Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you. David
