The 2016 Sony Open is taking place on Oahu this week. Right now the weather forecast is variable winds all week, and should make for some epic conditions. All week long, Oahu and our scenery will be featured on the Golf Channel and other media outlets throughout the world. Sticking with tradition, I thought this would be a great time to touch up on some of the luxury golf course homes on Oahu.
Waialae Golf Course Homes
Unfortunately, there was only one listing fronting Waialae Golf Course in 2015. This year, there are some great offerings both on and off the course.
1044 Waiholo St. (MLS# 201518170) is the best value priced at $2,288,000
966 Waiholo (MLS# 201512914) is the next lowest price listing (needing a little more work) at $2,295,000
1057 Waiholo (MLS# 201521858) is the lowest of 3 listings fronting the course for $4,550,000
4817 Kaimoku Way (MLS# 201509639) was recently reduced to $4,650,000
4631 Waipahee (MLS# 201521204) is the highest asking price on the course for $5,500,000
