2 Home Deals in Kona – New to the Market

Near Kahaluu Surf & Snorkel Beach (pictured below) and the white sands of Magic Sands Beach, the following homes are deals and are new to the market!

1. Priced at $385,000 (MLS# 248893), this property has it all and is new to the market. Found in Kona, near the beach and Alii Drive, this is a two bedroom/2 bathroom home that has a beautiful kitchen, interior, great outdoor living area, a pool, a gorgeous yard with mature landscaping, and rock walls in place—also a great existing orchid garden with irrigation and an over-sized garage with work area. It’s close to Keauhou and Kailua-Kona.

2. Priced at $357,390 (MLS# 248162), this is a bank owned foreclosure and is located nearby the first home I listed in this blog. They advertise this home with a legal permitted second living area called an “Ohana” with its own entrance. This is an older home, but the Ohana and location make it primo!

Let me show you these properties, which are available to see with a short notice! With our inventory drying up, I know these deals will not last long! Call me for information on any properties, especially oceanfront and near the beach!

@ Beth and Katie, you are both right on. Its a perfect time to invest in Kona beach houses on and near the ocean. Although inventory is getting low there are deals yet to be had!
