16 Acres Plus Two Homes For Sale on the Hamakua Coast

Fall in love with Hale Mauna Pali Kai—16 acres of fully fenced and gated lush oceanfront land with endless ocean views for sale!

The main house is built with style and sophistication found in the resorts but without the fees. No luxury was spared—Koi ponds line the rock wall entrance. Stone tile and Koa cabinets enhance the feel of this home. Four bedrooms—two to a wing—and additional live-in quarters surround the over-sized courtyard swimming pool.

The second house on the property is called, “Da Honu Hut” and it’s charming! With 4 bedrooms and a wrap around lanai, it sits away from the main house, even closer to the ocean (makai = toward the ocean) making a great living space for visiting family or caretaker. Just steps from the pali (cliff), warm breezes bring the smell of the ocean and the sound of the waves lapping on shore to your lanai.

If you listen carefully you may even hear the call of the Hawaiians who once swam from these shores to the incoming ships with their boats filled with precious cargo.

Enjoy the virtual tour of (MLS# 240060), asking $5,978,000.

Aloha Lucy – I love this property too. I’m not sure if I owned it which house I would live in, though – da Honu Hut is pretty special!!! Wasn’t this on the market originally for over $8M?? How long ago was that??
