The Kihei condo market is active, with 10 new listings coming on market between September 28 and October 5. Of note: only one was a foreclosure and two were short sales.
The remaining seven were conventional listings. They ranged from the low (three new listings below $130,000) to the landmark with the newly-listed Mana Kai 614 (MLS# 349692) on board at $925,000. Another Mana Kai unit, also priced at $925,000, went into escrow last week. Eleven condos went pending in South Maui last week, nine in Kihei and two in Wailea.
