As I was looking for a catchy title for my Puamana mid-term report, I checked with Chat GPT AI and it came up with: “Thriving Tides: Puamana’s Market Update Unveils Surging Success!” and “Charting the Course: Puamana’s Mid-Year Voyage to Success!” but I kinda like the bold title “Will Puamana Ever Rule the World?”! But I write a column in the old fashion way (no artificial intelligence) for our Puamana homeowners’ newsletter entitled “My Neighbors’ Place Just Sold for…what?!” which I’d like to share with you — read on:
2023 is off to a slower start than the past couple of years in the Puamana real estate world. We currently have 8 active listings in Puamana ranging from a 1 bedroom, garden unit 71-2 offered for $1,250,000 up to a 2 bedroom oceanfront unit 226-6 listed at $4,195,000.
This year we have seen 5 sales to date with a total volume of $11,250,000, a median sales price of $1,600,000, and an average sales price of $2,250,000.
The market is returning to pre-pandemic levels although we are seeing reasonably priced vacation rental properties still in high demand on Maui. For a current Lahaina market report, click here.
Mahalo for entrusting me with the purchase and sales of your Puamana properties. I appreciate your business.

We bought our place, 167-3 Pualei drive, the year Zoe was born… this year she is attending UCSB, but she’s home for the summer!

Pua = flower and Mana = the power or essence…Puamana means the Flower Power, although I don’t think Puamana will ever rule the world…
