Jim and Laura have been coming to Maui for years and knew what they wanted. After making the decision to purchase, they were very thorough with their research in finding their perfect condo. Not only did they find a great complex in a prime location at the Whaler, but also found a unit that felt like home.

They ultimately decided on the Whaler complex Unit 907, a 1 bedroom/2 bathroom unit, which has approx. 905 sq.ft. with a large lanai providing over 200 sq.ft. of covered lanai space. The lanai has two doors to allow you access, one from the living room and the other from the bedroom.

I’m so glad we waited for the right property. It’s exactly what we were looking for. Our VRBO site is doing well and we have rented all but three weeks of available (unused) time. Thank you for your advise with that as well. We are now at our break even spot, including AOAO fees covered. In the spring we will be doing a complete renovation. I can’t wait for that!
