5 of the 9 home sales were under $1M, however still a very healthy average sales price of $1.45M.
6 of the 35 condo sales for November were over $2M, 4 were over $3.5M – Average sales price for November was $1.1M.
2017 West Maui sales volume is off roughly 4% from 2016. But for perspective 2016 saw a 17% increase over 2015.
