The 158-unit 1, 2, and 3 bedroom Napili planned community, which at last writing was to hold its unit lottery selection in May, has been pushed back once again. When I spoke with the sales office in early April, the hopeful date for the blind draw lottery was an “optimistic” date of May 17th. In short…nothing has been built, no official pricing, no on-site sales office, and still no solid ETA for any of it…yet.
Located on the Upper West Side, just mauka of this intersection; 1 minute from Kahana, 1 minute to Kapalua
The good news: Since no lottery took place, you can still get in!
The only rules: you must be registered and have proof of funds on hand or a pre-qualification letter from your favorite lender.
The bad news: Unfortunately, I am sorry to report there is still no official lottery date set. I even inquired as to an “approximate or goal date set, can you give me something?” I was met with nope, nada, no date set…we will let you know.
Mauka of Honoapiilani Hwy & Napilihau Rd, the address shows this as the access road to Wailele Ridge
We heard about Wailele Ridge initially last year. Located literally on the border of Napili and Kapalua, just mauka of the Honoapiilani Hwy and Napilihau Road. Wailele Ridge’s plans describe it as having “a surrounding garden and twin spas,” with “contemporary design and amenities like a poolside fitness center, fire pits, and family barbecue areas, with a timeless tropical setting…” and not to forget, saving the best for last, “panoramic ocean views that extend from Molokai to Lanai.” 🙂
The best of it all: shopping, beaches, restaurants, and resort activities all within minutes from your nearest intersection
The sales website lists prices to start in the mid $400’s. No word on what monthly maintenance fees are said to be.

Hi Marty: Thanks for the message. Actually it is not too late. I will email you over the lottery form if you’re considering the immediate. Just let me know if you’d like me to submit. Otherwise there will be further drawings as they release more phases, but probably not for awhile…I’m sure a lot rides on how well phase 1 is received/sold. – Aloha, email coming shortly.
