Original Brochures of Wailea Ehaki, Wailea Elua and Wailea Ekolu

Wailea Ekahi, Wailea Elua and Wailea Ekolu are luxury condominiums/townhouses in the heart of Wailea. And all around these condos are the many amenities of Maui’s preferred residential resort community. Wailea is located on Maui’s sunny southern coast and one of the many reasons why visitors want to stay here. In addition to sunny weather, it is close to five (5) exquisite white-sand beaches where you can swim, snorkel, paddle, sail, and more. Three 18-hole championship golf courses form the centerpiece of this prestigious community. And up the hill from The Shops At Wailea, the 11 plexipave courts of Wailea Tennis Club afford the most complete tennis experience in the islands.

Ekahi, Elua and Ekolu are Hawaiian words which means one, two and three.  The condo units at Ekahi, Elua and Ekolu are “vacation-rentable” though there are many owner-occupied units as well.  Let’s look at each of the complexes.  At the end of each section I placed a link to Wailea Realty listings in that respective complex in case you are interested. When you click the links you will see additional photos including the interior of the properties.

WAILEA EKAHI

Wailea Ekahi’s low –rise apartments and townhouses hug the gentle inclines above Keawakapu Beach. Mature tropical foliage and the buildings’ warm earth tones blend harmoniously with the landscape.

Walkways and grounds are lushly landscaped. Parking is convenient, but unobtrusive. Ekahi Units range from 600-square-foot studious to spacious two bedroom, two-bath apartments that boasts three separate lanais. Privacy is one of Wailea’s strong suits. At Ekahi, apartments are clustered in threes and fours across  generous sweeps of lawn. Designed with a minimum of common walls, units feature expansive windows and lanais that let in ocean views and breezes.

Owners enjoy the use of a private beach pavilion complete with kitchen and entertainment area, as well as four large, free-form swimming pools and two paddle tennis courts. Two super swimming beaches are only steps away.

WAILEA ELUA

Elua, the Hawaiian word for “two” is also the name of the second garden condominium village developed at Wailea – and the most distinctive. An award-winner both for its architecture and landscaping, Wailea Elua is a secluded community of two-story condominium homes on 20 beachfront acres. Buildings are stucco, shake and wood, enhanced by mature tropical foliage. Most units have only a single common wall. Grouped in clusters across Alua’s expansive grounds, they follow the gently sloping terrain above Ulua Beach, and take in a sweeping view of the ocean and neighboring islands. Elua offers a choice of one, two and three bedroom homes. Lanais are spacious (some of them wrap around), with floor to ceiling glass doors that invite the outside in. But the ultimate luxury is privacy. Elua owners and guests enjoy exclusive use of two swimming pools , paddle tennis courts and an open air beach pavilion with wet bar and barbecues. Entries are limited access, with gate guarded security.

WAILEA EKOLU

Ever wonder why even folks who don’t play golf love to live by a golf course? Here’s one of the best reason we know – Wailea Ekolu , a garden condominium village hugging two of the most scenic holes of the lush Wailea Blue Course. As a practical mater, golf courses tend to enhance the value of homes they border by limiting the density and ensuring open spaces. Practicality aside, imagine the delight of living with a beautifully landscaped fairway as your backyard – especially with one sweeping ocean views. Designed in clusters of two-story buildings that stairstep up the slope are series of one and two bedroom condominium homes and spacious town houses. The architecture is award winning. Each unit has generous private lanai, some feature cathedral ceilings, and the buildings themselves are so arranged that virtually every unit has at most single common wall.
