World famous Island Colony is a 44 story condotel (condominium hotel) located along the Ala Wai Canal and two short blocks from Waikiki Beach.  It is also a stone’s throw from International Marketplace, Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, night life, shopping and restaurants galore.

Unit Mix

There are a total of 20 units per floor with 16 studios and 4 one-bedrooms. All even units face west (towards downtown) and all odd units face east (towards Diamond Head). Units ending in ~01, ~02, ~20 and ~21 are all one-bedroom units which are located on the four corners of each floor. All other units are studios and there are no ~13 units.

Amenities

Amenities include a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, community coin laundry, fitness center, recreation room, BBQ area, sundry store, secured surfboard rack and restaurant in the lobby.

Security

There is a 24-hour security desk in the lobby and all access points leading to the elevators require a fob. Security guards also patrol the areas 24 hours per day and monitor the security cameras throughout the property.
