Condos

Waikiki Lifestyle in the Beautiful Kalia Inc.

The Kalia Incorporated is a leasehold co-op condominium located in the heart of Waikiki. In the last year, I have conducted a few transactions in the building representing both Buyers and Sellers. From showing units, sitting at open houses, and being present for home inspections, it’s starting to feel like I live there part-time myself.

Why I Love The Kalia

Some of my favorite features of this special building are as follows:

1. Tropical Landscaped Grounds

The lush tropical grounds give the constant reminder you are living on a Hawai’ian island. The jungle feeling of vines hanging from trees and palm leaves blowing in the wind makes it feel like you’re living in the midst of Nature.

2. Amazing Location

Its premium location is close to everything. From the food pantry across the street to restaurants and iconic beaches and more.

3. Saltwater Pool

The heated saltwater pool is divine.

4. Great Security

The security that the building boasts is more than other buildings in Waikiki offer. There is an on-site resident manager, a fence around the property, and key fob to access the grounds as well as the elevators.

5. Maintenance Fee Covers it All

The monthly maintenance fee covers pretty much all your normal utilities, including electricity.

6. Remote Work Space

The open-air lobby under building ‘A’ allows the opportunity to work remotely in a resort vibe.

7. Even More Amenities

Building ‘A’ also has a library and study with a tanning area on the top of the building.

8. Bike Racks

Inside the fence there are multiple bicycle racks that allow residents to secure their bikes and not have to keep them in their unit.

Check out my video below for a tour of the grounds. Could you see yourself living here?
