Setting new heights for the North Kona market, my listing at 73-1176 Akaula street sold at $870,000 before it even hit the market. This sale is the new highest sales price for a house of its size in the North Kona Tax Map Key (TMK) area of 3-7-3.
This home was my personal residence that my husband and I designed and built from the ground up. Having worked with many buyer clients moving to the Big Island, I had a keen sense as to what type of property was desired and what type of property was missing from the marketplace.
We designed this home to be a single level home with seamless transitions in flooring. We installed high-end finishes in an open floor plan that took advantage of the miles and miles of coastline and ocean views that this lot provided us.
