As it is my commitment to keep our local community informed, I’m pleased to announce the successful sale of Hoonanea at Lahaina unit #204 from Jeff Onderko and Hawaii Life. The sale closed on April 30th, 2018 for $532k and was on the market for 213 days. We represented the Buyer’s side of the transaction and my 3rd Hoonanea closing in less than 9 months, brokering a total of 38% of the sales over that time (8 total).
