Compare that to a condo across the street at Ala Wai Plaza Skyrise, a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with 1,460 sq.ft. interior and a $826 maintenance fee (including water, sewer, and cable TV).

You can also compare it to the next building, Marco Polo Apts, with a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit and a 930 sq.ft. interior with a maintenance fee of $615 (including water and sewer).

From these three buildings you can easily figure out which condo unit you want to shop for. You need to pay attention to the monthly payment and choose the best one to fit your budget.
