Your HOA dues for Makana Kai cover your water bill, two parking spots, the mail center (community cluster of boxes), trash pickup, complex landscaping, outdoor pest control, and insurance and maintenance for the exterior of the building.
Waikoloa Village Association dues are worth the extra fees because of the amenities provided. With this one, you have access to the community pool, tennis and pickleball courts, golf, discounts at the community restaurant, and more.
