The rolling green hills above Princeville‘s Anini Beach will soon be home to the conscious-minded development, North Shore Preserve. East West Partners and The Resort Group have come together to create a 1,000+ acre high-end residential and agricultural community.
East West Partners’ founder and chairman, Harry H. Frampton says, “Plans for the property will not only celebrate the legacy of the area, but will create opportunities to connect with the North Shore community in health, wellness, and sustainability through innovative programming and a light touch approach to design.”
The property, which includes the Prince golf course and clubhouse, is set to offer 75 multi-acre homesites over 650 acres. All the parcels are unique in themselves and offer stunning views. The first phase of sales is expected to begin in Summer of 2018.
With a focus on well-being and a commitment to environmental stewardship, the North Shore Preserve will feature lots of open outdoor spaces, hiking and biking paths, horse pastures, lush gardens, and grove orchards.

Im having a little trouble understanding the concept of this proposed community development. Is it going to be a gated community or is it an open space development?
