I stopped by the Pili Mai sales trailer last week for an update on the Pili Mai development in Poipu. Here is the scoop and latest inventory.
What’s Available Now?
By the end of 2018, 9 of 15 phases of construction will be completely built out. This means over half the project will be completed by Christmas. Of the 115 homes released to the market thus far, 109 have already sold. So at this moment, there are 6 available for purchase, one of which is available and ready to move into today. If you have been considering purchasing in Pili Mai, the good news is that there are 6 left to choose from that will be finished by the end of the year.
Based on what is currently available for purchase, one condo is a gem, in my opinion, because it offers one of the best views in the entire complex. Never touted as a “view” project, the positioning of the complex is more of a bonus than a selling point. Located in the center of Building 8, it faces southwest, overlooking the Kiahuna Golf Course fairway, big sky, and distant ocean views. If you are a sun-lover, the sun-drenched lanai will be the prime spot for relaxing in the evening and watching the sunset. If it gets too hot, you can always slip back inside to the spacious great room that is air-conditioned and watch the sunset through the wall of floor-to-ceiling windows. Only 5 buildings in Pili Mai will offer this view, and this unit, Plan 7, is ideally located in the center of the horseshoe-shaped building, which puts it in the front row. Listed at $805,000, this 2-bedroom + loft condominium will be ready for occupancy in September.
Fairway and distant ocean views from Plan 7 in Building 8, currently listed for $805,000.
The layout of Plan 7 – Hohonu. The upstairs loft adds a lot of flexibility and can be additional sleeping quarters.
If you don’t want to miss out on this rare opportunity for a new construction condominium in Poipu, contact us for more information on making a reservation.
