Pineapple Hill Market Update – September

After the last closing on 5/9/2016, the summer months were quite quiet, with no sales or pending sales to report. Things are starting to change as the market in September starts to show signs of life.

Two properties have changed their status to pending in Pineapple Hill this month, as well as some other changes I would like to bring to your attention below.

Pending

704 Fairway Dr. (MLS# 370127) is now pending as of 9/18/2016. It was first listed on 7/7/2016 and was priced at $2,600,000

404 Monarch Pl. (MLS# 370748) After 571 day on the market the listing was canceled at a list price of $2,495,000. It was put back on the market 10 days later at a reduced price of $2,150,000 and is now pending.

Expired/Actives

228 Crestview Rd. (MLS# 364241) Listed on 3/6/15 at an original price of $4,150,000 it expired on 9/7/2016. It’s status has been changed back to active as of 9/13/2016 at a reduced price of $3,995,000. it has been on the market for 574 days.

After being canceled on 8/28/2016 118 Pulelehua Pl. is back on the market as of 9/26/2016. It is listed at $3,775,000.

504 Pacific Dr. (MLS# 370923) expired back on 7/16/16 priced at $2,549,000. As of  9/23/2016 it is back on the market with a reduced price of $2,525,000

218 Crestview Rd. (MLS# 370945) is back on the market as of 9/26/2016 priced at $3,900,000. After being canceled on 8/31/2016 it had been previously priced at $3,695,000.

Canceled

After 586 days on the market 304 Cook Pine Dr. (MLS# 363924) was canceled on 9/15/2016 it was priced at $3,675,000.
