On Sat, Sep 6th, 2014 I attended the lottery at Parkside by Gentry homes for some clients of mine. The demand for this product is so high that 78 people registered, 54 people showed up the day of (hoping for their name to be pulled), and only 12 homes were released. Needless to say, the 12 people selected are ecstatic, but 42 other families that have been pre-approved to buy are still on the search for a product like Parkside.
It’s a full house as buyers await their names to be called…
Sellers, this is a true sign that if you’re even considering selling, this is your time. Low inventory brings multiple buyers to your product, lots of excitement, and usually multiple offers!
