Sometimes I fantasize that if I did not have two horses, a rather large dog, and an even larger commitment to my rural Kohala community, a sweet oceanfront condominium would suit just fine. A primary bedroom where I could fall asleep to the sound of the waves and wake up to sunrise colors dancing on the ocean. A second bedroom and bath for guests. Easy accessibility to jump in the water then enjoy 100% Kona coffee on my lanai with a good book, grab poke for lunch without getting in a car, and drive a few miles to stock up at the Keauhou farmers market on Saturdays.
Thatʻs the fantasy I just listed — Kona Bali Kai 314.
Kona Bali Kai 314 – Comes Furnished with Active Vacation Rental License
When I take a listing on an active vacation rental, I am always curious what guests have to say. Do they appreciate the same things I would?
Here is a recent entry in the guest book at Kona Bali Kai 314:
Although most of the rental condos in this complex are managed by the on-site company, this particular unit has been with the same rental management since the seller purchased in 1996. Although it has rental history, repeat and future bookings, and the STVR license can be transferred to a new owner, keeping it for your own personal use is also an option.
About Kona Bali Kai
If you have visited or stayed in Kailua Kona, perhaps you stopped at Da Poke Shack on Aliʻi Drive? Then you know where Kona Bali Kai is located.
The complex is built around a central pool and hot tub next to the entrance and lobby. On the ocean side you will find a BBQ grill and picnic tables. If you are into water sports, the other reference would be “Banyans” — the surf spot just to the south.
The condominium can only be shown between rental guests, so if you are interested, contact me for the next available dates.
