South Maui Gardens 2nd Saturday

South Maui Gardens – Hidden Oasis of Kihei hosts a community party every second Saturday of the month. This is a BYOB event and features eight local favorite food trucks. Also on deck this weekend, is Kalolu and Ras Cas with live music and dancing from 6 – 8 pm. The music is reggae fusion. This is a free event, but reservations are recommended. You can reserve your spot at Eventbrite 2nd Saturdays Tickets.

Real Estate

No video this week but I got some updated numbers for you. As of Thursday, July 6th, we have a total of 993 active and pending properties. Breaking down that number, we have a total of 601 active properties currently on the market with 392 pending. So the numbers are down since we last looked at them. Again, my tickers all seem to be going in the right direction and the summer buying season is strong.

The Ka’anapali Ali’i is getting lots of action as I predicted in my blog last year. I am currently working on an update.  Be on the lookout for that.

Anything Else This Weekend or Next?

I am always looking to promote other weekend activities for Maui organizations. If we are missing anything, drop me a line any time for future happenings. Mahalo!!!

As always, have fun and stay safe! Hope to see you out there this weekend.
