Impressive Maui Meadows Luxury Estate Offers Island Living at its Finest
Just last week, I hosted the very first brokers open of 160 Kaimanu Place – hands down Maui Meadows‘ most luxurious property! Under the stars on a cool Thursday night, a caravan of people flirting with about 150 attendees of realtors and buyers, industry leaders from around the nation mingled poolside. With a list price of $8.9 million, this specific property will have a select clientele, however, with the amazing turn out it’s hard to imagine seeing this property sit on the MLS.
160 Kaimanu Place (MLS# 358223)
The Premier South Maui Estate
Sprawled out over two acres of immaculately manicured grounds and gardens, sitting at the highest point possible in Kaimanu Estates of Maui Meadows, and surrounded by two of Maui’s most influential ranches, Ulupalakua and Haleakala Ranch.
The estates unique location can almost be described as “Lower Ulupalakua,” the weather definitely warrants the claim. The climate tends to be cooler with the occasional mist coming down from the mountain.
The residence is highlighted by ultimate privacy; easily the best feature of the property, given the spacious square footage and incredible amount of surrounding vacant ranch land. There are stunning postcard sunsets and unobstructed views of Maui Nui – from the sweeping south coast shoreline to the dynamic West Maui Mountains.
The craftsmanship of the home is of the utmost quality and was extensively upgraded in 2013. The house features seven spacious bedrooms for both family and guests. In addition to the main house, the estate also features a 3 bed/3.5 bath guest house for staff.
The design creates intimate spaces throughout the home. The two pools and cornucopia of organic edible flora completes this hidden, one-of-a-kind South Maui treasure. Hale Lani, truly the house of the heavens.

I live on Maui and I think the temperatures/climate is hot and humid! Electricity is costly, so air conditioning is an expensive solution.
Is all of Hawaii this way?
