Another beautiful sunset in Poipu
I will never get tired of this view. To think, this is just another day on Kauai. I took this photo while standing in front of the Beach House Restaurant in Poipu on the south side of Kauai. As my wife and I strolled around for a bit after dinner, and as I took this photo, I was once again reminded of why we decided to make Kauai our home.
The wide variety of neighborhoods and unique homes makes the real estate business here fun and challenging. My passion for real estate and my desire to satisfy my clients is what drives me to see that their needs are met throughout the entire buying or selling process.
It’s my desire to see that my clients are well cared for and fully informed. I feel that, even after the close of escrow, my duty to them continues indefinitely. I want my clients to feel that I am always just around the corner to assist in any way I can.
Contact me for more information on Kauai and living in paradise.

Hey Randy,
Read your blog and agree that the hawaiian islands are a beautiful place to live. My wife and i spent three weeks last summer on Maui and the Big Island. We’re thinking of relocating there from North Carolina and wanted to know more about life there. Is the pace as easy as the other islands we visited? Where are some of the best places to live there? We are looking torent at first before buying. Do you think this is best for us? I plan on applying to work at SMM Hospital once my nursing license application comes through. Looking more towards the end of the month right now if not the beginnng of next month. We have lots more questions and would be willing to blog some more or talk over the phone. Email, write or gi e me a call. We would be excited to hear more of your experiences have been like living on Kauai. Email me and I’ll send you my number…
