What I like about this home is it is far from any road noise and set back enough from the shoreline and surf to feel very safe. I think it is still offered with a garage full of kayak’s, bikes, surfboards and fun things to keep the family busy too!

great location – only 5 minutes into town. beautiful setup throughout.nice homes in the Estate.but been on the market nearly three years.Have to ask why.I know on Kaua’i there are beachfront homes that aren’t moving, but only because the owners are asking crazy prices.”If somebody off island come along and pay what I ask, no problem.” is what one owner told me.

Sometimes in comparison to the market, there may be properties similar to this one that may be priced better, or possibly have a vacation rental history that buyers might want more.. of course the Seller wants to sell at the highest rate.. if they miss the main surge of activity that is typically in the beginning of the listing [first 60 days after it comes on the market], then the house may develop a stigma of reasons why it hasn’t sold.. ultimately price dictates a quick sale or not though.. so you are correct Sparky.. sometimes a crazy price may mean a crazy Seller.. and a savvy buyer might assume something like that…but it’s when the property has been sitting for a long time, that the Sellers are softer to a sale.. extent of days on the market always works in the buyers favor in negotiating.. mahalo for your comment Sparky! Mahalo nui for your feedback Claire.Personally, every time I’m back on Big Island Kona side I love to walk along the seawall around the Estates and dream.Would love to live there – it’s a great location. Who knows, if I win the big one, crazy price would not hold me back.

Yes, Sparky.. dream your biggest dreams ever.. because they do come true.. eventually! I utilize the law of attraction [from the movie The Secret] with my clients, and shopping is a huge part of the dreaming into reality process.. you’re on the right track by visualizing yourself in the ultimate home.. also, seeing yourself having a party there, or enjoying the kitchen or bath.. employing all the senses.. all helps bring the dream forward quicker.. and when you’re ready, actually going inside and ‘feeling’ the place will bring it to you even faster! Oh yes Sparky.. the Master Key System? I listen to the audio on my ipod often.. so powerful.. and I believe it to be true.. I just read this in the Millionaire Real Estate Agent book yesterday: “In (this) story, a shepherd’s son has come of age and goes out to spend his first summer alone tending the sheep in the hills above the village. One night, he awakens to the sound of a wolf howling nearby. The night is black and he is seized by fear, but he dutifully grabs his rifle and races out into the darkness to protect his livestock. Across the way he sees a wolf at the throat of one of the sheep. As he puts his rifle to his shoulder and takes aim, he remembers the advice of his father: ‘At night, it is very difficult to judge the distance to your target, and, more than likely, you’ll underestimate the distance and miss low. To have a better chance of hitting the target, aim high'” … The moral of the story is AIM HIGH. Whether you are hunting wolves at night or setting your life’s goals, aim high…

Mahalo Katie! I like that story too! So I tested this philosophy..I started asking the Universe for a Million Dollars.. and I found Lots of pennies on the ground.. so I figured I will ask for billions and see what happens.. I started getting hundred dollars jobs after that.. so I figured I needed to ask for trillions.. and now I have an escrow & a closing with more on the way.. is there such a thing as Gazillion? I think it works! ..aim high!
