New Price – Listed Without the Adjacent Lot
One of the improvements made by the current owners was to purchase the adjacent lot on the ocean view side. The original list price was based on the recent sale of a similarly large home with a double lot. However, feedback from early showings is that not every buyer wants or needs 26 acres and values that extra lot enough to pay the additional property taxes and HOA dues. Hence, my sellers made the decision to offer the home without the additional lot included in the listing. That resulted in a new price of $4,000,000 for the 5,500 sq ft home on 12.27 acres.
