A stunning home in Pineapple Hills, Kapalua (MLS# 337482) has seen a huge price reduction—from $4,295,000 down to $2,595,000. Back in 2005, this same home sold for $3,795,000.

The views from this 4 bed / 4.5 bath Kapalua home are breathtaking, particularly from the second floor master suite that overlooks just about everything. The grounds include an in-ground pool and hot tub, with views of Molokai and sunsets forever.

As this home illustrates, there are some great values, even in Kapalua.

So regardless of its price in 2005, is it a good deal in today’s market?

Hi Cliff,
Thanks for reading my blog. I try to stay on top of the Kapalua market and there is not much in homes there under this price. Even though it sold for much more in 05 it is valued at current county assessed values right now. So I would say it is a good value. Not over priced at all.
