A Mountainside Maui Estate Sells for $13.39 Million

California winery owner Jeremy Nickel said he paid $11.04 million to buy a five-bedroom, roughly 8,000-square-foot house from fashion entrepreneur Leona Rocha Wilson. In a separate transaction, he also purchased roughly 42 acres of adjoining forest land for $2.35 million from another seller, a trust based in Nevada, said Josh Jerman of Hawaii Life, who represented both Nickel and Wilson.
The transaction was the most expensive in Central Maui, Jerman said, besting a $4.995 million sale from 2022.
