The Howard Hughes Corp. has released plans for its seventh Hawaii tower — a 400-foot luxury condominium building whose name pays homage to the original owner of the 60-acre master-planned community Ward Village.
Victoria Place项目楼盘将总计规划350个住宅单位，占地面积高达1448平方米的地面户外空间和总计5955平方米的休闲空间。该楼盘将规划137个一居室住宅公寓；146个二居室住宅公寓和77个三居室住宅公寓。开发商也表示，与其它的多个公寓楼盘不同的是Victoria Place将不在底层规划商业空间。Victoria Place一层的重点将是与公园的完美整合，这也将为业主营造一个更宁静，轻松的居住氛围。该项目楼盘将由Solomon Cordwell Buenz设计，该公司曾经参与设计的住宅公寓楼盘包括：ANAHA & Aalii 公寓；ONE Ala Moana 以及 Park Lane Ala Moana等住宅公寓。
