How Can One Quantify Ocean Views? The Case of Kapalua Bay Villas 14-B2

Molokai Views

Do you get to see all of Molokai or only parts of it? On clear days, Molokai sits majestically in the background, layered in shades of green, with its menacing cliffs and noisy waterfalls.

Sunsets

Not every vantage point and every orientation allows for a sunset view throughout the year and unit 14- B2 is one of the very few ones that do. The warm colors of the sunset, invading the sky never cease to amaze.

White Water/Waves

Because of the topography of the development, it is easier to see white water and waves from the top row of the development, further from the ocean, with a panoramic view.

Black Lava Shoreline

The elevation of the two story townhouse allows for the most dramatic views of the lava rocks, some so smooth, some so sharp and resembling a dragon’s teeth, shaped by thousands of years of wind and salty water. One can follow the dedicated path through this conservation area and feel instantly revigorated by the refreshing water sprays.

 Honolua Bay and Lipoa Point

This view is typically available from building 16 thru 21, just a few steps away from Building 14. It will require binoculars to see the surfers, but you will be able to see the waves crashing into the shores.

Whale Watching

During our “winter” season, you will be constantly entertained by the whale show. A wide, panoramic view will allow you to sit on your lanai and point your fingers over here and over there, every time you see a fin, a tail or splash.
