Conventional loan limits have risen, and interest rates are still at an all-time low. It is time to take advantage of these things and get into the home of your dreams.
Conventional Loan Limits
The conventional loan limit in 2020 was $765,600. Now it is up to $822,375 for 2021. Conventional loans are typically more appealing to buyers than other loan options. Here’s why — conventional offers lower interest rates, minimum of 3% down, a greater usage of income, etc. Having these limits expanded will offer these benefits to a greater scale of people across Hawaii.
Interest Rates
Interest rates are still low. Low enough to keep your buying power going up. Here is an example.
