For example, virtual tours, live FaceTime tours, and professional home inspections go a long way to ensure that you know what you are buying. Reviewing disclosures and asking lots of questions helps, too. With 3-D tours, drone photography, and the tools available to us today, you will be surprised at how much you can learn about a property.

Though buying sight unseen isn’t for everyone, we are seeing more and more buyers do just that. We have mainland buyers purchasing homes and moving straight in upon arrival to Hawaii.
