Your Opportunity for a Brand New Build in Puamana

21-2 Puapake will be built out within the coveted oceanfront neighborhood of Puamana in Lahaina. First of all, neither brokerage firm or listing agent solicited this listing, but rather, Seller directly contacted the listing agent regarding the listing of this property and wants to sell now before the building is rebuilt.

Building 21 was devastated by the fires of August 8, 2023; exteriors will be re-built from load bearing walls out, featuring new plumbing, electricity, roofs and 9-foot ceilings. Plans are currently being reviewed with architects. This is an opportunity for you to own in Puamana and have the interiors built to your specifications, at your cost.

The community has been partially destroyed by the fires but is currently being cleared. This location is centrally located next to the Mauka pool and pickle ball courts.
