First Lottery 6/22/20

The first lottery is taking place “virtually” on Saturday, June 27th, 2020 at 11:00 am. Attendance in person is not necessary. Phase 1 will consist of 9 homes being offered between $632,980 to $672,730. Delivery will be approximately 45 to 60 days from contract. This project is VA approved, and the developer is offering buyer incentives when a project lender is used. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, viewings of the models are done via private appointments only.
