Jill Kaiser did an excellent job preparing to sell and selling our condo! It only took 1 day to sell! Her attention to detail is superb! She didn’t miss a thing in getting our condo listed to sell. She got everything and everyone lined up to photograph the place in such a timely manner as well as all the necessary paperwork that goes with selling a home.

Jill has a great wealth of knowledge about real estate law and the Maui market. She does a good job of keeping up with deadlines and kept us well-informed as the condo got ready to close and what to expect. My husband and I are fortunate enough to have become friends with Jill and her husband, yet she did a good job of separating the two roles.

It was truly a pleasure to work with Jill again! She’s fun and light-hearted, yet serious when she needs to be. A person can tell that she’s very proud of the company she works for and makes the buying or selling experience a good one.
