1. Keep The Decor Simple

If you love the holiday’s, make sure your decorations are packed away, or at least minimized. Some pretty white lights outside can enhance curb appeal. Make sure that the Christmas tree is out after Christmas.

2. Capitalize On The Cozy

With the array of diffusers and wickless candles out there, scent the air with a fragrant smell. Bake some cookies, bring in the warmth of the home.

3. Light The Way!

The sun goes down earlier in the winter, so even mid-afternoon showings can be dark. Be sure to have lights on inside and out. This makes the home more appealing.
