Maui Weekend Events – October 4

Aloha friends! This weekend on Maui has some fun in store for us. Wailuku First Friday returns this weekend with the theme Spooktacular as we open the month of October. Saturday night, Lo Wolf will be unplugged at ProArts Maui. Additionally, Mala will be featuring their late-night menu this Friday and Saturday nights. And lastly, we have a few MIL football and volleyball games this weekend on Maui.

Wailuku First Friday

Wailuku First Friday returns this weekend. The town party features live music, art exhibits, local food vendors, and activities for all ages. This Friday, the theme is Spooktakular and will feature a keiki costume parade. Check out Wailukufirstfriday.com for more.

Lo Wolf: Unplugged

Lo Wolf will be playing the guitar and piano and delivering songs and poetry in Lo Wolf: Unplugged. Show presented by ProArts Maui and Mana’o Radio this Saturday night. Showtime is 7:30 pm. This hour long set promises to take the listener on a sound wave journey.

Late Night at Mala

For late night dining and entertainment, Mala Tavern presents Late Night at Mala. Late night at Mala offers a special late-night menu on Friday and Saturday from 10:00 pm – 12:00 am. The menu has a lot of unique and tasty items and several delicious craft cocktails.

MIL Sports

This is week 6 of Division I Football. We have two games this weekend. Friday’s game, King Kekaulike takes on Kamehameha Schools at King Kekaulike. On Saturday, Maui High takes on Lahainaluna at War Memorial. Both games start at 7 pm.

There are seven matchups this weekend in Division II Volleyball. Seabury has fallen to 3rd place with Maui Prep taking 1st and Hana holding 2nd. Seabury travels to Lanai this weekend and will play Lanai Friday night and Saturday morning.  1st place Maui Prep travels to Hana to play 1st place Hana. They will play a game Friday night and one Saturday morning as well. Click the link for additional games and game times.
